Oatmeal Protein Bars

Quick Health Protein BarNeed a quick boost to get you back in the game? Bite into these power-packed protein bars!

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp “Back 2 the Garden” Flaxseed Powder
  • 2/3 cup vegan protein powder (or vanilla protein powder of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt

Roast oats in oven for 15 min at 350 and let them cool.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. This makes a thick “dough” so you need to use the dough hook to mix it thoroughly.
Spread the dough in a greased 9×13 pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes until golden brown on the outside.
