Back 2 the Garden and Epicure:

Chicken and Vegetables with Thai Green Curry and Miso Rice
 

This meal was made with:

  • Back 2 the Garden Sprouted Brown Rice
  • Epicure Miso Broth Mix
  • Epicure Thai Green Curry Mix
  • A few incredible kitchen tools from Epicure

Directions:

Start With:

  • Sprouted Brown Rice
  • Water 
  • Epicure Miso Broth Mix

In a stove top pot, mix together the broth mix and water. Bring to a boil, add the sprouted brown rice and reduce heat. 

Next, in your slow cooker, make the green curry chicken and vegetables:

Whisk together the Epicure thai green curry mix and coconut milk in a slow cooker.

Next, cube chicken and slice onions in a oven safe dish. Cook these items first before adding to the slow cooker.

When the chicken and onion are cooked, add them into the slow cooker. With this, also add in:

  • Mixed vegetables
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime

Be sure to be checking on your rice as you cook the rest of the ingredients.

When all is done, pour the slow cooked items onto your rice and enjoy!
