- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp “Back 2 the Garden” Flaxseed Powder
- 2/3 cup vegan protein powder (or vanilla protein powder of your choice)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
Roast oats in oven for 15 min at 350 and let them cool.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. This makes a thick “dough” so you need to use the dough hook to mix it thoroughly.
Spread the dough in a greased 9×13 pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes until golden brown on the outside.
