Sweet Balsamic Kale Summer Salad
[With Sprouted Grains and Seeds]
It’s Mid-July already (Say Whaat?), and it’s HOT.
As the summer continues, we’ll keep highlighting the best, freshest and most delicious salads, curated to satisfy and make you feel great.
This week, we combined three of our favourite Sprouted grains and seeds: Brown Rice, Quinoa, and Lentils. Together, they are a powerhouse, filled with fibre, protein, and a laundry list of vitamins and minerals.
To showcase the best of summer, we added fresh mango, blackberries and kale to the mix, with some avocado, because what even is a salad without avocado?!

Create Your Own Breakfast Cereal!
Create your own gluten-free, high fiber, organic, non-GMO, kosher, plant based, digestible sprouted breakfast cereal (or high energy snack).
To Make AÂ Single Serving, Mix:
1 tbsp. sprouted chia seed powder
1 tbsp. buckwheatÂ
1 tbsp. hulled hemp seedsÂ
1 tbsp. each of desired dried or fresh fruit (raisins, cranberries, apples, blueberries, etc.)
 Cinnamon or nutmeg for flavouring
Add 1/2 cup of oats, and boiling water to create your own oatmeal OR add as a topping to yogurt or cereal!Â
Make ahead: multiply single servings by 7, and have enough for a week!

Quick Healthy Soup
Hearty and healthy, with all the flavour and nutrition to energize your day!
Olive oil
2 med. Yellow onions
4 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 leek
1 can diced tomatoes with herbs and spices
Sprouted lentils, quinoa, and rice
1 carton beef, vegetable, or chicken broth
1lb. Ground beef, meatballs, or diced chicken
Heat 1 tbsp. Olive oil. Add 2 diced onion, diced celery, diced carrot, diced leek to hot oil, or any vegetable you like.
Reduce heat to medium. Stir occasionally until soft. Add 2 tbsp. parsley, stir again.

Thai Sprouted Quinoa Salad: Two Ways
I love Thai food. On my trip to Thailand, I got to experience real authentic Thai cuisine. What I loved was that the dishes tasted so fresh. They’re full of vegetables and colour. And they’re full of flavour. That being said, at most Thai restaurants, there is a lot of grease and oil used, which makes it not so healthy.
