It's just a matter of getting creative, and giving your meals a little boost. 


Quick Healthy Dressings

These dressings are light, healthy and irresistible! Flexible enough to fit into any diet, and quick enough to mix up on the fly! Both dressings require Flax or Chia gel.

Here’s how to make it:

3 tbsp. water

1 tsp. sprouted flaxseed powder,

1 tsp. sprouted chiaseed powder

1 tsp. sprouted broccoli seed powder.

Add the powders to the water. Wisk the ingredients together. Let stand until gel forms (ten minutes or less). If required, whisk the gel once again to achieve a smooth texture. Balsamic Dressing Flax/Chia Gel 3 tblsp. olive oil 3 tblsp.

Balsamic Vinegar

  • Flax/Chia Gel
  • 3 tblsp. olive oil
  • 3 tblsp. Balsamic Vinega
  • 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic

Whisk together.

Add to favourite salads, meats or dishes.

Light Vinaigrette

  • Flax/Chia Gel
  • 1/3c. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce.

Whisk together.

Add to salad greens, quinoa, rice, lentils and/or meats.
