- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of broth
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup orange pepper, chopped
- 1 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1-2 cups chicken, cut or diced (optional, use a protein substitute)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- ginger, pressed
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 orange peel, grated
- thicken the sauce with sprouted chia seed and flaxseed gel (optional)
