Create Your Own Breakfast Cereal! Create your own gluten-free, high fiber, organic, non-GMO, kosher, plant based, digestible sprouted breakfast cereal (or high energy snack). To Make A Single Serving, Mix: 1 tbsp. sprouted chia seed powder 1 tbsp. buckwheat  1 tbsp. hulled hemp seeds  1 tbsp. each of desired dried or fresh fruit (raisins, cranberries, apples, blueberries, etc.)  Cinnamon or nutmeg for flavouring Add 1/2 cup of oats, and boiling water to create your own oatmeal OR add as a topping to yogurt or cereal!  Make ahead: multiply single servings by 7, and have enough for a week!
