Organic Sprouted Quinoa
Organic sprouted quinoa adds a rich flavour to your favourite stews and curries. Use in soups, salads, and casseroles for a tasty boost of protein and iron.
Add 1 cup sprouted quinoa to 2 cups boiling water or broth.
Cook at med-low temperature for 20-30 minutes or until water is absorbed and your desired consistency has been reached.
