Start your day off with an energy boosting smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mix berries of choice (in the right-hand image I used mixed strawberrys, blueberries and blackberries)
- 2 stalks of kale
- 1 table spoon of sprouted flax
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
Not only will if help you keep full longer, it is rich in Magnesium, Iron and Vitamin C.
